where i want to be in a year with ICT

I would like to think I can incorporate some ICT in the classroom on a regular basis. I want to be able to access youtube and similar resources easily and instantly so I can project them (using the data projector) and share information, opinions, responses in a classroom setting. I'm not so keen on individualised screen-oriented use other than for writing up (benefits of editing,etc).
